Well the guy isn't elderly. He's at least ten years younger than me. His voice is like that because he yelled too much. I didn't ask him, I just know by experance.
He's also not the sharpest tool in the shed.
The bike is rougher than in the pics. Must have been an old one. It's obvious it's been neglected.
The tank isn't the original color. Looks to be a pro job but the side covers aren't.
Had a foot ball logo sticker on the tank.
I peeled it off. Dolphins.
He took off the box. I wanted that for my bike.
There is some beach rust here and there. Rubbers are good on the carbs. The first thing I will do is pull the carbs and plugs.
For the newbies here, I think I'll start a new thread and show how I go about it. If it will run, I'll buy a battery. If not, I'll have parts available. Front end is good, no rust in the tank, a complete bike.
We'll see.
