Depends how you define "fit". If they are both 750 twins, it will almost certainly fit at the exhaust ports but not sure about matching up with the frame hangars and stuff. It probably could be made to work with a little kluging. Buy all the stuff it attaches to off the bike and you'll probably have enough stuff to hang them.

This is the image that came up when I did a search for the KZ750K. The "B" pipes sweep up more at the rear and block the shock absorbers. The K look like they could be made to fit with maybe some brackets made to match if needed.

Thanks bounty. That's what I was thinking. Fitting at the exhaust ports should be the same, clearance underneath should be the same (same oil pan), just need to make some easy brakets for the difference in the hangers on the rear of the frame. Right?
