Well I got my dyna on and seams to be working good, engine starts now, need to clean the flatslides due to a sticking float, but for all indented purposes, the ignition is fine now.
But, the main issue is still present. Before, engine and or trans would lock up while cranking. Now since it runs, you can hear metal on metal contact of some sort. I'm assuming its the same thing that was causing it to lock up by cranking, but it doesn't lock up because of enough momentum of the engine. It appears to be from the cutch side of the bike. I don't want to run the bike anymore than I have to besides for diagnosing purposes. Anyone have any ideas? I like a little insight before I go ripping anything apart.
