I recently got my bike back on the road after replacing the fork seals and adding progressive springs to the front forks. Boy, that made a difference in handling and ride performance.

This was my first decent ride of the season (it was May 26). I took a meandering ride through the country side from Boone County near 1-75 to Carrollton, KY. One of my favorite spots is Glaubers. They have a fine selection of new and used firearms. The used long guns are out where you can browse through and even shoulder those that fancy you.

Then I went on to Point Park at the confluence of the Kentucky and Ohio Rivers. It was a nice day and I ate mu lunch at the park. I was trying out my new Nelson Rigg CL-1060 tail bag. It carried my snadwich, an apple, two water bottles and a camera just fine.

Here's a pic from the park overlooking the confluence of the two main rivers of Kentucky.
