I sent my old cam in for exchange. I contacted them not expecting anything but I ordered a battery anyway. I told them of the issues I'd been having and they told me to send them the cam body and they'll send me a new one. I bought it last September. It's waiting for my in my mailbox. Another seller for my Good Guys thread. Can't beat the price and their CS is awesome. I don't use that term much. They'll get a 5 * and good review.
