That's tiny! I wonder if you rode around with a gym bag full of them would it trip all the lights withing a 10 block area? I bet the truck that delivers them in bulk to the distributor never catches a red light! :woohoo: Ed

We probably have a hell of a lot less traffic to worry about here and i get caught all the time - glad my town only has half a dozen lights and no going on Red here - some other states you can turn left on a red - right for the fellas on this post of course.
I just roll back a car length as there is nothing behind me usually and they go green in a couple of seconds - always works ,

Around here I have seen car drivers stop well short of the intersection and sit there oblivious for several cycles. Not much you can do, as blowing the horn won't work.
I live near Portland, Oregon and my rider is a '76 KZ900 I bought new. I'm also in the process of restoring another one and a '73 Z1.

Just some insight on how the magnets work (from what a city planner told me) is that underneath the concrete there is an electrical circuit and to get the light to change you have to "trip" the circuit (electrical on your car/ all the metal interfere with the magnetic field of the current. The magnet just increases the bikes ability to disrupt that field. AND it picks up nails before they hit your rear tire ;)
Keep it rubber side down everyone :)
