What do we do when the manual tells you to toque with a special tool which you don't have.




We make our own tools from scratch :laugh:

Steering damper attached.



Don't know if the authorities are happy with a pointy sticking thing at the front of the bike.
Probably will make a new bracket to turn it around.

What is a better match front fender? The special made one by the PO or the one I bought on flee bay from Suzuki?







Had a little fight with the rear shocks.
Made me grind a piece of the freshly painted rear bridge :(

But thats the point of fitting everything before powder coating B)

I can use both, they are both black and fit with a few bolts.

Rear wheel fitted and it looks like I have enough clearance withe the chain and the swingarm.
Wil find out tomorrow B)
