I am new to the forum and wanted to see if you guys could offer a bit of advice. I found a 1977 KZ1000 with a Vetter fairing. The bike runs but has sat outside for an extended period so would need a lot of restoration including paint. Does anyone have an idea what this would see for if fixed up reasonably nice. I am not talking museum quality but just a nice bike. I realize that I have not given much info but just wondered if anyone had a ballpark guess.

I believe I added a photo but not sure. :)
Thanks.

Are you thinking about flipping it or keeping it?

My thoughts are to flip it but you know how that goes. I might decided i like it and give the Connie a rest every now and then.

Depending on where you are and the time of year you attempt to sell...it might bring $2000-$4000...if properly restored to resemble original condition. That motorcycle might take more than that to resurrect it.

Thank you. That being the case it probably is not worth messing with as it does need a ton of work.
