Update:
We need to get the frame done and ready for painting this weekend so fitted the brackets for the rear wheel.

Thanks Davido! Thing is, this is a 440 LTD so the clutch actuator is on the sprocket side....
I may have found one locally so waiting on delivery! :)

And it is time to do some mock up on the little 440 bobber.
The Zephyr rim looks and fits well. Alignment seems ok.

Some minor allignment needs to be done but all looks doable now. I was a bit worried that the big rim will not fit!
So tom we will do some final painting on a few parts :)

The challenge ahead: getting to fit a honda CX500 carb on a KZ440 :whistle:

The rebar that replaced the forward down tubes looks rather thin. Is that going to be strong enough? :blush:

These do not carry any weight. Was added for support of the foot pegs.

Missionkz - yeah! I know what you mean lol! Fortunately this is only a show bike so not for riding long distances.

What will the front and upper rear motor mounts attach to? As it sits it looks like that motor is going to try to jump out of the frame. Ed
