Ha ha! Your hilarious! I had my cap fall out a couple of times, it was way to loud for me. Made my brain rattle around in my head. What shock are you running on the back? I would love to have some Works but $600? That's a chunk of cash.

You don't have to find the name. I know which ones they are. I had a pair for my stock KZ swing arm. How do you like them. One of mine blew a seal, would keep air. I think I'm going to try them again and use Nitrogen instead of air.

I love the shocks. Easy to setup, nice finish and inexpensive. I haven't had a problem with them.

I had a pair when my bike was slammed .....see pic. The shocks were so stiff, I would call then struts. The shock only had about 1/2 inch of total travel. I couldn't get any traction and rear end was all over place under excel.

I decided to get a taller shock. I raised the rear travel about 5 inches from the slam. It also had a workable spring rate compared to the other pair, the main spring is softer and has several inches of travel. The rear tire hooks so much better and is easy on the lower back.

I just stumbled onto this bike, amazing job on everything! Did you make a build thread about it or is this thread all you have posted? I don't want to keep asking questions about stuff you did if you already detailed it somewhere else. Also the pictures came out excellent. thanks for putting them up.

No.....I didn't do a build thread. I stumbled onto KZR as I was into the build.

Here are some current pictures.

I continue to improve bike. My next project is a GPS speedometer and matching Electronic 12,000 RPM tach.

Thanks for thumbs up.

what swingarm is that? and what size rims? I picked up a set of cheap wire wheels. The hubs were salvageable but the spokes and rims are junk so I have to replace them anyway and I would like them to turn out somewhat like yours...

The swing arm is a Vintage Cal-Fab.

It is 6" over stock.

The rear rim is a 3.50 x 18"

I'm running a 150 x 70 x 18 rear tire.

If I could do it over, I would go with 17" rear rim. Few choices on tires for 18" rim compared to 17"

The front is a 2.75 x 19 rim

Front Tire is a 110 x 90 x 19
