hope nobody minds .going to start over in projects. this is a 1982 kz1100 d spectra.

not to bad to start out

with this is how it sits today it has been going vary slow, been about 2 months.but in this time i have been gathering parts 4 in to one, pods and this and that fenders carbs.

making one set out of two, hoping to make fire this weekend have to put the carbs togather wont take to long.

i have been spending to much time on a pw 80

you might ask what dose a pw 80 have to do with a kz1100 well let me tell you. when i sell it i can buy more kz parts well thats it for now lots of cleanup to do .and thanks for all the help so far. this is a cool place thank you all

not much new today got new o rings they are in. carbs on bike header pipe is drying. oil change tomorrow.then going to see how she runs. or if its just a parts bike .really got to much in it now to turn back still need a police seat going solo

another slow day did get the header and canister cleaned and painted that was a job,dirty to .flanges polished ,playing with police fender on back not to sure.got carbs on dont look bad, but make rest of bike look real bad lot of things left to do. ooooo ya pw looking good wont be long.

hi ,still slow but even the turtle gets were hes going haven't done much but did make some progress ,been cleaning connectors looking over wire harness .took all switches apart cleaned checked them, left hand side is quit the set of switches .lot going on there ! handle bars ok.been doing some polishing still a lot to go. think im using this fender not the tail lite . when i get it were i want it i will take it apart and paint it .added new tool so far so good.dont have a lot of room so i went this way, high lift from harbor. not built to bad.can put bike 28 inches high makes things easy to get to, love it.













dont walk or get around to good any more. but im not dead yet got to keep on going!! well thats about it now,hear are some new pics.

yep its me again! well its riding time has been. and me with a broke down old kz i like the old girl found my tail light today ,was a little rough but did my thing with it, turned out good and i like it.still having trouble with advance but sure i will get it.

well i untied the pw .gonna let it go free it is done .oooo boy more parts for kz s started right up seat is hot off the press.did not have any vinyl so i used real leather nice.well got to go sell a pw see ya

hi to all ,and yes it has been awhile .i am still kicking and trying to get it together and i will in time.any way after the pw 80 i was still working on kz,but as life often dose i got a curve ball.but a good one in the form of a 1981









gl1100 gold wing it was dressed in after market gear not hondaline so it had to go and it did.the bike turned into the red thing you see . my first thoughts were build it sell it buy more kz parts, well that did not work you see i like the old wing so i do.but its done and i am back to the kz.i changed up a bit well take a look ps there was a log splitter not done yet and a 1/4 scale rc car in there to

how long did that Goldwing take you? You have clean detailed projects. I am jealous of your skills, you do really good consistent work. Thank you for sharing

I really like the look of the header. What paint did you use?

hi and thank you .the wing took two and a half mo.give or take that was every day.it had been setting foe fifteen years . it dose have a one barrel holly on it kinda neet .it got new timing belts and a lot of this and that.the head lite and turn signals are 1982 kz 1100 stuff ,the pipes are out of my head(it gets crazy in there some times )and the seat well after the saws all thats what i got . as for the info on how to on seat i would have to kill you if i could show you i would.the header paint was a 1200 degree satin will have to look by for now
