ALMOST DONE! Just need to mount the front fender, wire the taillight and turn signals, then RIDE!!!



The paint did not turn out as well as I had hoped, so I will probably be getting it professionally done....after the riding season...

Don't worry about it clutch, painting is difficult and takes alot of practice before you can turn out pieces that are blemish free and look great. Like you pointed out, your paint will be fine until next winter, then give it another shot

Looks good...best painters in the world had to start somewhere and chances are it wasn't perfect. With the orange bike and the blue hose trim, must be a Bronco's fan.

Thanks guys! Maybe I will give another go at painting it myself next winter, but for now...all that is left to do is connect 10 wires to my harness for the taillights, turns, and plate lights and then ride! And for the record, I am not a broncos fan, I just have an orange riding jacket and wanted to match. The blue just looks really cool with the orange and I had the wire loom laying around the garage. I just took it to the next level with the blue vinyl seat covering! LOL!

I will be going out for a test ride tomorrow, and possibly doing my hour drive to work on the bike tomorrow afternoon!

Hey Clutch, what size loom is that there you used 1/4" ? I am thinking of doin this in red with mine....how "hard" is it to accomplish!? ha!ha! I really like the look when all is said and done.....

Yes, I believe it was 1/4" loom, and it's very easy. The biggest issue I ran into was making room for the headlight after...the wires and such with the loom on them are not as easy to move around where you need them to be out of the way!

Thanks! I love it! I'm trying to figure out the best way to dampen the vibrations in the clipon handlebars, but everything else is awesome. I just bought some "antivibration barends" that I haven't had a chance to try out yet.

The seat model number is CB75021M It's a good fit, but I had to grind off the seat pin tabs off the frame so it would sit properly. You can find tons of body/seat parts and more at www.airtech-streamlining.com/
