Nice work, Roy. Cool vid.

I was going to a friends house anyway so i thought i'd take a out door vid so i got the bike out and saw the side cover gone. So i went inside and got some grommets and installed them. Took off stopped 200 yards from the house and shot the clip. Rode to my friends house,he's checking the bike over and i saw the sidecover gone.

Go home load the video. See in the video i never installed the side cover.

The mirrors are OK. Not great but OK. The old bike doesn't have any suspension to speak of and thet is transmitted in the mirrors.

They are real neat as you can ride with them down, flipped up,or straight out the side.

I took the vid with them down but i rode with them up.

In the down position they will hit the tank. Roy

That uncorked pipe would get me in major trouble. Good luck with that. ;)

As for the mirrors... Go for some CRG Hindsight bar end mirrors. They have a E-store and you can find the units on clearance at times for a slight discount through retailers... Good products and they will sell components if you munge a part. :)
Trust me I've munged parts. :pinch:

You will not regret it. Glad I found these as it cleans up the Gpz a great deal while still being functional.

I finally got the mirrors dialed in.

I was afraid i would tighten them too much and they vibrated. I tightened them down further and they have no blur. Roy

I installed a stock Mark II engine in the bike and it fired right up. The voltage regulator is getting hot so i need to check that out. Took two links out of the chain.

I was expecting a set of coils today to install on the other bike but that will have to wait until Monday.

Thomas called and he had cleaned the LTD stock exhaust up. FAR OUT B) I don't know which of these bikes i will keep. I suppose which ever one sell first leaves me the left overs. Not bad really.
