since my personal skill level has been brought into question i figured id go through it step by step for a couple people! allright lets start with the 1st time around on this particular project, now make sure to take notes steell !lets see i didnt paint it or bore the cylinders myself but i did manage to polish and prep all the shiny parts before delivering them to the plater which saved me lots of money since i do my own polishing, yes thats every little shiny nut and bolt and part on there.;) i managed to check the crankshaft for straigtness and tig weld the pins all by my little self .;) i somehow managed to clean everything up including glassbeading the cases and assemble the bottem end all by myself.;) i some how managed to install the pistons and the little round things that go in the little grooves and even put the spirol loc things in all by myself!;) oh hell i forgot i traded somebody some work to do my valve job,but i did manage to do a mild porting job and assemble the head all by myself!;)and then i managed to get the head on the motor and finish assembling it all by myself!;) wow im a big boy now! ok to the frame i managed to build a bracket to mount a rear mastercylinder from a 1980 kz1000 ltd with the remote resevoir mounted under seat cuz the regular mastercylinder with integral resevoir wont fit under z1 side cover, wow that was a hard one!:P then i managed to get the frame and bodywork to a friend who owed me a paintjob for some work i did for him,he couldnt bend conduit and i couldnt paint(are you keeping up here?)anyway i somehow managed to get everything assembled all by myself, wow what a big boy i am!
