Well I guess its time to finally start my own thread. Seeing how the whole bike is stripped down now.

Here's some pics of the first night I brought it home.

Alright, got the frame back from powdercoat. I'm really happy on my color choice. Its called Black Chrome.

Here's a couple pics of it with the new shocks also.

Wow, great choice on the frame color!

What color are you painting the body pieces?

I am going with a color from 95-02 Dodge Rams called Intense Pearl Blue. I think it will go real good with the silverish frame color.

Good stuff! What a great thing to be happening to a great bike.

Those pipes look outstanding... are you using them for your project?

Keep the pictures coming.

Best of success.

Suggestion... put them up for sale in the KZRider classified. You can generate some cash for your project and help out a stock rider somewhere... win-win deal. B)

Oooor...

You can just ship them to me at my cost and I will be happy to clear up some garage space for you.

Best of success. :)

Well, as much of a performance build as possible without boost.

810cc Wiseco kit
Ported & polished head w/ 31mm exhaust valve
Pistons & bearings coated by Swaintech
Web camshaft
APE springs & titainium retainers
GPZ1100 throttle bodies & Megasquirt
6sp tranny from an 85 600 Ninja

Hopefully it'll run pretty well after that.
