creed i think your right cause when i bought it, it was flat black and you could tell the spade was in the exact same place. i live in ohio. i still have the seat i need something with a little more rear end support. where are you from?

DJ I am near Dayton,Ohio and if you ever get rid of that old seat that was on it please let me know that was one of the things I had got from the great shoeman.
