Thanks Corey, I am finding custom painting requires more than just free hand airbrush knowledge. Some things work and others don't. The tank ended up not working. I went to far:unsure:
The good news is I am starting to get close to finishing up everything except the tank and fender. Fender is ready and I think I got an idea of how to approach it.
Then I get to re-sand and re-paint the tank.
I think the fork seals and engine leaks may have to wait because the painting is taking a lot longer than I thought.
It's ok because I am enjoying the learning process.

To far? I thought the tank looked fantastic in the pictures. It looks like its all going really well.

I took another pass the morning after those pics were taken. I was trying to cover my knike marks and other early mistakes:blush: and ended up putting on to much black and the knife marks are still there:angry:
Hopefully, Mark Wing the master will see my work when its done. So it can't suck.
