My 76 has three fuses, a twenty and two tens. How did you wind up with just one fuse? On this bike I also have a secondary fuse box that has two more fuses. I have not changed that one yet. There is a constantly live under seat and another constantly live in the headlight bucket circuit. The under seat circuit I added to this fuse box and the one in the headlight bucket a Use for a cigarette lighter plug inside my fairing for my GPS and heated gloves.

For some reason my wireing is like a z1, with only 1 fuse. not sure if the po changed it back in the 70's, or it came that way? i bought it in about 1980 i think.
i'm surprised that u have enough power to run heated gloves.
Does the gpz put out more amps?

I'm curious where you picked up that fuse block otakar. I have been wondering about a viable replacement for the stock (broken on mine) fuse box. Thanks!

The J motor has twice the amps of the earlier 900/1000. They are rated at 280W.

That fuse block came from Del City. They have a $25 minimum order so you have to order a few of them. I ordered four so I would have a few spares. If you don't want to spend $25 + postage send me an email at otto@condormodels.com I can part with one.
