This is what I started with for 500 bucks.It sat for a few years but fired up when primed with a new batt and fresh fuel

I met ilDuce on another board and we got to talking after seeing what he did with his.I always wanted to do this after seeing the Japanese boards so he turned me on to the guys in Canada that build T-rex's and I picked up a complete 05 zzr front end with zzr rims,rotors,calipers and hardware..

I have a friend up here in Ct that is an x road racer that does machine work on bikes and he's "really" good.Does a lot of S1 work on some old Freddy Spencer's bike for someone we know that has a few in his living room.I had him make me a stem with dim's for the kz neck with the zzr triple's.The one on the left is a stock neck,middle is the old zzr and on the right is the hybrid....

Gas tank had a few dents in it so I picked this up from Ricepaddy.com . The first tank the sent me had to go back,they sent on for an ST and those won't fit a kz..to narrow

Made a mount out of some 1/4 alum and turned down some bushings to accept the rubber cush's from a 78tld along with using the gage pods

Picked up a swing arm from a friend of mine and fitted the zzr12 rim to the 11 swing arm,had to mill the spacers for the rear axle about .060 the get the rim center lined with the swinger.
