It may be a fuel issue. Spray some starting fluid in 3 and 4 carburetors.

I take it the bike was not running when you got it.

Does the starter turn?

Have you load tested the battery? It can show more than 12 volts with no load, then drop to single digits under load. With your meter connected to the battery terminals, not the reading, then turn on the key and press the starter button and note the reading.

If a carbureted motorcycle sits unridden for more than about six weeks, the carburetors will be clogged up with the remnants of what is sold for fuel these days. They will need to be disassembled and carefully cleaned.

Assuming (I know) the batree is ok, it looks like the problem is in the - side of the circuit. I don’t know how expert you are with electrical stuff,  but  one of our members has written a thorough diagnostic guide you can download here.  kzrider.com/forum/forum-index/faq-wiki/6...-fault-finding-guide

Hopefully Wookie58 or one of the other electrical-wise guys will be along shortly to provide more specific advice.

Put it back to the way it was when cylinders 1 and 2 were firing and we'll diagnose it from there.

If the black and green from the coils to the igniter are showing +12v when cranking then they must be open circuit between the point you are testing and the igniter (this should be a switched ground to cause the coils to spark) check out the "open circuit" section of my guide for diagnostic process.
Are you taking your voltage readings from the back of the connectors with everything plugged in as normal ? - if not the readings won't really mean anything !!

The coils charge when grounded and spark when the ground is broken (sounds wierd I know)
