I'm not a new member, but I'm a newly active member? I let my bike sit for way too long and am finally getting around to getting it road worthy again. So I guess, Hello everyone!

Oh... and can anyone identify specifically what KZ750 I have just by a picture? As in submodel?

Assuming the front fork and fender are original to the bike, I believe it is a 1983 KZ750-F1 (LTD Shaft). To my knowledge the only KZ750 models that came with fork gaiters were the 1983-F1 LTD and the 1982-N1 Spectre and 1983-N2 Spectre. The front forks look very similar, but the tell-tale is the chrome fender. Both Spectre models came with painted front fenders while the 1983 KZ750-F1 had chrome.

Now, if you tell me the bike is not shaft drive you'll burst my bubble. Ed
